About the producer
Family-owned and operated by sisters Theresa and Kate, Left Field focuses on a small batch approach to traditional cider-making which brings out the natural characteristics of the apples.
They make handcrafted, artisanal English-style cider by blending English and French cider varieties with BC dessert apples. Turning a hayfield into an orchard and a barn into a ciderhouse, Left Field Cider Co. started their first year of production in 2011 on their family ranch at Mamette Lake which is just outside of Merritt in the BC Interior. Making Cider is just what they love to do!
